Q1) It doesn't work on Mac OS 8.6/9/10.0/10.1/10.2

A1) As written in the manual, Koikoi Komachi X INTL. runs on Mac OS X 10.3 Panther or later.

Q2) I feel program is slow

A2) You can change game speed from Preferences. Or if you are less spec then G4 500MHz, it is better to upgrade CPU or buy new Macintosh to play Koikoi Komachi X INTL.

Q3) Isn't there Windows version?

A3) ABSOLUTELY NO. And we never make any product for WINTEL by policy.

Q4) Koikoi Komachi X INTL. suddenly don't launch.

A4) Some required file is broken or deleted, Koikoi Komachi X INTL. can not run correctly. First, you can try uninstall and install Koikoi Komachi X INTL.

Q5) Configuration file was deleted.

A5) If configuration file is invalid, Koikoi Komachi X INTL. automatically delete configuration file. Then next time you can play correctly.

Q6) Letters in Machine ID.

A6) Machine ID is generated from your machine and uppercase, lowercase, number and sign are differentiated. To avoid the miss spelling, we strongly recommend to use Copy & Paste.

Q7) Can not register the license key.

A7) UPYOLIC SOFT can not validate your Machine ID is correct or not, first check your Machine ID is correct or not. If Machine ID is correct, then check the License key entered correctly. Here we recommend to use Copy & Paste.

If your Machine ID is correct and License key is still un effective, please let us know your user key and e-mail address again via support request form. We will try to generate another license key once.

Q8) What is Machine ID? Doesn't it invade privacy?

A8) Machine ID is generated from a part of Macintosh hardware ID (MAC address of primary network card), almost same as some other software. It DOES NOT include any privacy information. Machind ID and e-mail address is required to generate License Key. The private information does be only e-mail address on Koikoi-Komachi X INTL. program.
